ACL-OFF 103: Offshore Platform Design with SACS Software
Course Description
This module is suitable for people familiar with the use of SACS Connect Version 12 software for design of simple structures, but would like to be able to apply it for in-place analysis and design of a complete offshore platform including both topside and jacket. This will include Precede, pile-soil interaction (PSI), Seastate, joint can checks, etc. For people with no prior knowledge of offshore platform design or SACS software, modules ACL-OFF 101 and ACL-OFF 102 will be a pre-requisite for this course.
