Course Description
This course introduces both graduate engineers and experienced engineers with limited or no experience in the oil and gas sector to the engineering design phase of the project life cycle. This course is suitable for those aspiring to work for engineering consultants operating in the sector. It provides an overview of the various engineering design disciplines involved in a typical design project for the oil and gas sector, at either the front end engineering design (FEED) or the detailed design phases. This course does not go into the specific design for each discipline, but an appreciation of what is done.
